Out of Hours Service

If you require urgent medical attention when the surgery is closed our answerphone will give you the current telephone numbers to call.

A doctor will be available to give you advice or to invite you to go to the local primary care treatment centre. If clinically necessary the information will be passed to a duty doctor who will contact.

Alternatively you can call 111, the NHS service for when the problem is less urgent than 999.

Emergencies

In a genuine emergency you should call 999 and ask for an ambulance.
Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
