Stroke Information Live is a free event for stroke survivors, carers, family members and friends.
Whether someone experienced their stroke recently or many years ago, the day will offer practical information, inspiring speakers, opportunities to meet local organisations and support groups, and the chance to connect with others who understand life after stroke.
Complimentary refreshments and lunch are also provided.
